I find nutrition advice overwhelming. Every influencer on social media has his/her own spin on what will help you reach your nutrition and weight loss goals. I am guilty of being caught up in following one path then another and another only to find myself dizzy from spinning.
Iโm going back to basics and beginning again with Ayurvedic food compatibility. When I am following these recommended relationships, my body feels better; less bloated and grounded.
