WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a gentle, loving healing method where the universal life force energy, which is present in all living things, is channeled down through the crown of the practitioner’s head and out their hands to the client (surrogate). Reiki facilitates healing on all levels; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This intelligence allows it to focus on the most needed areas of healing completely automatically, thereby suiting the needs of the receiver in the very best way. It is powerful and effective, yet subtle and non-invasive.

As an energy practitioner offering personal distance healing, a doll can be a helpful visual aid when conducting a distance session assisting the practitioner to:
💜 Direct energy more easily to where you are drawn and guided.
💜 Used in conjunction other energy healing tools i.e. crystals, sound healing.
💜 Acts as proxy/representation for your distance client (as if they are there in person).
💜 Assist in connecting to your client’s energy.
💜 Crystals can be placed on or around your doll to support healing in specific areas of the body.
I begin the session by setting an intention and using the appropriate reiki symbols. I then visualize you and send Reiki energy to support your emotional and mental well-being. During the session, you might feel sensations of warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm. After the session, you may notice a significant reduction in your anxiety and feel more balanced and centered.
Whether or not any sensations are experienced during the healing session, you can rest assured that the energy has flowed correctly and effectively, just one of many reasons why reiki is amazing. You can always be sure that the session will be beneficial to the receiver. Each experience is unique and personal.
A typical session lasts one hour. Reiki is one of many healing techniques and works complementary to Western, conventional medicine.

Reiki healing can be highly beneficial both before and after surgery. Pre-surgy or Pre-appointment it helps ease anxiety and promotes relaxation. Post-surgery, Long Distance Reiki can reduce pain and discomfort and support recovery. I feel blessed to have Reiki pre and post hip surgery and feel it was instrumental in my healing having a good recovery.

During my seven years in Raleigh, I also completed coursework in Energetic Healing Techniques, Yoga, and Crystal Therapy.
